As most of you know, BlackBerry Messenger 7.0.1 arrived in our email in-box on January 14, 2013, but for many users, were unable to download the latest BBM beta from BlackBerry Beta Zone.
So on the next day, January 15, 2013, I, like most others received an email saying BlackBerry Messenger issues has been resolved, and to re-attempt downloading from BlackBerry Beta Zone using your BBID sign-in credentials.
I have successfully downloaded the 5.6MB application, installed it on my BlackBerry Bold 9900 device, re-booted as prompted.
Upon viewing the main screen, I commenced to open BBM 7.0.0.130 using the supplied key-code which arrived in my G-mail in-box, copied & pasted the key-code from my email to the BBM app.
Everything started restoring with my BBM contacts & groups.
For those wondering what changes are in the latest BBM 7.0.0.130;
*BBM 7.0.1 now supports BlackBerry OS5.0 Device.
*BBM Voice •Visual Indicator•Multitasking with BBM Voice•Accessory compatible
*BBID Synchronization
If you have any issues with updating your BlackBerry Messenger to the latest beta release, post your comments below, and I’ll try to respond as soon as possible.
Thank you.

I have downloaded bbm 7.0.0.130, I did not receive the key code. I now want to go back to previous version, it does not give me an option to.
The key-code is issued by BlackBerry Beta Zone and is emailed to you using your registered BBID email address.
You need to copy that code when you open BBM, follow the prompts.
