Hello BlackBerry current, and future users, RIM, err BlackBerry (they officially changed their name) has released this software for @BlackBerry devices running OS10 (BlackBerry Z10 , BlackBerry Q10 plus future) devices.
For those who received the BlackBerry Z10 today in NYC, and wondering about the Q10 Specifications, read away lucky new owners.
For those who own BlackBerry OS7.0/OS7.1 device(s) (many of us, but not for long) you can still use BlackBerry Desktop Manager (latest available PC version 7.1.0.37) for your Curve, Torch, or Bold OS7 device(s).
As you can see below in my (many) provided screen shots I’ve snapped up tonight, I’ve decided to blog about (how to) install the BlackBerry Link software version 1.0.0.72 so it may guide you to a flawless, one shot download, and install on your Windows 7 x32-bit or x64-bit (net-book, laptop, desktop).
If you’re wondering what are the BlackBerry Link System Requirements, I have provided them for you below, along with the official link.
The entire install should take no more than 10 minutes on slower Windows PC, or 5 minutes for those really fast (custom PC) yeah….I know, you’re probably smiling, aren’t you? Hahaha
As you can see in my Windows 7 screen shot via Control Panel>All Control Panel Items>Programs and Features…. I have BlackBerry Desktop Software 7.1 (7.1.0.37) and BlackBerry Link (1.0.0.72) so I can use my BlackBerry Bold 9900 OS7.1 device, and my BlackBerry 10 Dev Alpha OS 10.9.10.35 device.
I hope this blog has helped you understand between BlackBerry (DM) Desktop Manager Software, and BlackBerry Link Software.
If you have any further questions, suggestions, or comments, please post them below in the comment area, and I will try to respond as soon as I am available and/or awake.
Thank you very much for reading my @Wordpress blog at furiousguido.com
