Looks like we have a little surprise for BlackBerry Bold 9930 users today courtesy from the African vendor, Visafone Nigeria, who has offered us an Official release OS7.1.0.861
They certainly don’t have much when it comes to Software Downloads as you can see in my provided screen shot below.
